Using the game

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the game for entertainment on devices you own or control. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, interfere with, or exploit the game except where applicable law expressly allows it.

Virtual items and purchases

Virtual currency and items are licensed for use inside the game and have no cash value. Purchases are processed by the applicable app store and are subject to its payment and refund rules.

Ads and external services

The game may display advertising or link to services operated by third parties. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to those services.

Availability and updates

We may update, balance, suspend, or discontinue parts of the game when reasonably necessary for quality, security, legal compliance, or service operation. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Disclaimer and liability

The game is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the game.
